Michael Cavanaugh

Michael Cavanaugh graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eac-Claire in 2006, with a B.A. in American Indian Studies and a Topical Minor in International Studies: Studies of the South Pacific. While studying at Wisconsin he traveled to six countries including Brazil, where he finished work on his undergraduate capstone thesis on contemporary and historical issues of the Guarini people. Michael remains passionate about travel and looks forward to potential research abroad. In the coming years he hopes to finish his M.A. at UCLA and pursue a Ph.D.His career objective is to become a professor of American Indian Studies or work within the realm of education.
